Harris County Precinct One Administration and Service Center (POASC)

The project consisted of a new two-story, approximately 40,000 square feet (SF) administrative services building located at 2727 El Camino Street in Houston. The new building will house the administrative leadership departments that serve the needs of the surrounding Harris County Precinct One community. Based on our knowledge of the local subsurface conditions and construction practices, we were able to provide cost-effective foundation recommendations that resulted in considerable cost savings and helped with the schedule.
