FM 1960 near SH 249 and Willowbrook**

The project consisted of reconstruction / widening of FM 1960 near SH 249 and Willowbrook. Pavement cores and soil borings were used to provide rigid pavement recommendations. TxDOT Pavement Manual and TxDOT ME Design spreadsheet were utilized.
