UPRR Bayport Area Capacity improvements**

The site is located at the Strang Yard immediately south of Highway 225, approximately 0.5-miles west of Highway 146. The project consists of new railroad tracks and ancillary support items (including access roads). Recommendations were provided for the new rail track and crushed aggregate pavement.
